This is an annual conference, the dates for 2023 are Friday through Sunday, October 13-15, 2023. Friday: Registration opens at 12:00 p.m., the event begins at 3:15 p.m. and goes until 9:00 p.m. Saturday begins at 8:15 a.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m. Sunday begins at 8:15 a.m. and ends at 12:15 p.m. Full schedule can be viewed here:  Schedule

Both! You can attend the in-person experience which will be held at the Spokane Convention Center Exhibit Halls in Spokane Washington, or you can attend the online experience from the comfort of your own home via our livestream service.

  1.  Please give yourself extra time for possible traffic, off-site parking and walking to the Convention Center. 
  2.  For Friday registration, give yourself time to register for the event which includes printing name badges for each guest in your party.
  3. Every time you enter into the Convention Center, you will go through a security checkpoint with metal detectors and a bag search. This can also add time to your schedule.

To enter the main doors of the Convention Center, you will have to go through a security checkpoint outside. The security team will check your bags and have you walk through metal detectors.

NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED INCLUDING FIREARMS (GUNS), KNIVES (INCLUDING POCKET), POCKET CHAINS AND KEYCHAIN WEAPONS (STRIKING, KUBOTANS, BATONS). ALL OF THESE WEAPONS WILL BE CONFISCATED.

Outside food and beverages will NOT be allowed inside the Convention Center (unless needed for medical purposes). (1) sealed water bottle and empty water containers will be permitted. There will be water bottle fill stations at most restroom locations within the Convention Center.

Please reduce your personal belongings you bring with you to help reduce the time spent in the security line. Clear bags are recommended to help with this.

Registration begins at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13th with the conference beginning at 3:15 p.m.

Please give yourself ample time to park,  go through security and register for the conference which includes printing name badges for each guest in your party.

The earlier you arrive before the event starts at 3:15 p.m., the better. This will ensure you can save preferred seats for your party.

Registration will be in the Spokane Convention Center Exhibit Halls on the second floor through the Point Lobby, through the Concession Lobby area, and straight back into Hall A. Click HERE to see a larger map.

Yes, to save time in the registration process for printing name badges, please update the Eventzilla ticketing system to update the ticket with the correct name.

Please make sure, if you your children are attending the youth sessions, that you mark off in the system under the name and contact info they will be attending the sessions. Go to the last question, under the Youth drop down and select “Yes” so we can have an accurate count of how many we should be expecting.

To do this, please login by visiting: https://www.eventzilla.net/attendee/login using the email address that you originally bought your ticket with.  You will need to create a password and then you can edit the names on each of the tickets within the system.

No, you can save your tickets on your phone as a picture that can be scanned from your phone. If you prefer, you can print tickets to scan at the event. Each person wanting to attend the conference will need to show proof of purchase either with a ticket or receipt. Please check your email (including your SPAM/Junk folder) for your tickets that come from Eventzilla.

You will receive a name badge and lanyard at registration that shows you have a ticket to the conference. This badge and lanyard will allow you to enter into the Exhibit Halls for the conference. Please make sure not to lose your badge and lanyard and to wear it to the convention center each day as we have limited amounts of badges to reprint.  

If you purchased a Saturday Worship Night Ticket, please arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 14. Once you arrive at the Convention Center Exhibit Halls go up to the second floor through the Point Lobby through the Concession Lobby to Exhibit Hall A for registration. You will need to check in and get your badge to enter the conference.

The Spokane, Washington weather is unpredictable in October so please be prepared for any type of winter weather. Even if the weather is warmer outside, the conference room can be chilly to some so please bring a sweater or jacket to wear.

Yes, as long as there are still tickets available, but there is no guarantee there will be available tickets. 

Yes, with paid admission. Suggested age: kids 10 and up since the sessions may be too long for younger children to sit through. This is left to the parents’ discretion but please be aware that if your child is causing a distraction that you may be asked kindly to step out. 

The suggested ages for the Youth Sessions are 11-18. We encourage parents and/or Youth Pastors to attend with their youth so that you can have more in-depth discussions about the sessions together. 

If you plan on having your children attend the youth sessions, please arrive at the designated pick-up/drop-off location 10 minutes prior to the start of the youth session. The youth will then be escorted by volunteers over to the youth ballroom at the time of the session. Please pick up your children at the drop-off/pick-up location at the time of the published session end time.

These are not included in the price of your tickets. There will be a concession stand available that will offer salad, burgers, chicken tenders, snacks, and drinks for purchase. You can also visit nearby restaurants that are within walking distance to the convention center.

There is limited parking at the Spokane Convention Center/Double Tree Hotel in their covered garage. All day/overnight parking is $25 per day. Amex, Bills, Coins, Debit Card, Discover, MC/Visa are accepted. Davenport Hotel Parking is $6 per hour for the first 4 hours, $2 each additional hour or $25 for the day/overnight parking. Yes, you will be able to switch between the youth stage stream and the main stage stream with your livestream access purchase.

You will receive an email 48 hours prior to the Be Bold for Jesus conference start (Conference begins at 3:15 p.m. PST Friday, October 13, 2023) to the email address you registered with when you purchased your ticket. This email will have a unique website link to access the online streaming of the Be Bold for Jesus conference. Please be sure to check your email inbox and SPAM/Junk inbox on Wednesday evening to make sure you received the link. If you have not received the link by Thursday morning, please email us at info@bebold4jesus.org or call us at (208)209-7183.

Through the protected link you will receive 48 hours before the Be Bold for Jesus conference you will have access to the conference for a month afterward to rewatch.

A clear bag is not required but keep in mind that there will be metal detectors at the entrance points all 3-days for your safety and security personnel will need to look in your bag to let you through. A clear bag may make your entrance faster than your normal purse or backpack, but it is left to your discretion. 

Yes! To save time in the registration process for printing name badges, please log into the Eventzilla ticketing system to update the tickets with the correct names and emails. Once saved, click the button “Resend Tickets” so that the new attendees will receive their tickets.
