Robert Tavares
President of He’s The Solution Ministries
Robert Tavares has served Christian Churches in both California and New Mexico as a student minister and, along with his family, spent a year serving with the International Mission Board as part of a church planting team in Athens, Greece. Currently he serves as the president of He’s the Solution Ministries, where he preaches, coordinates speakers, and plans events. Robert is also the Director of Education for the Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing.
Lee Arnold
Founder of He’s The Solution Ministries
Lee Arnold has been working in the real estate and private money field since 1997. As a seminar teacher and coordinator, he found that he could use his platform as more than a sounding board for real estate and private money, but also as a megaphone for God. In October of 2010, he and his wife, Jaclyn, founded He’s the Solution Ministries to help people across the United States and world find more meaning in life and enjoy the teachings and blessings of God.
Jerry Straks
Presenter
Jerry Straks has taught Bible studies for over 30 years in a variety of denominations, including Presbyterian, Methodist, and Lutheran. He loves the Lord and wants to serve Him in whatever way God calls. Jerry has been a guest study leader for He’s The Solution, both via tele-conference and live at events. Jerry is also the Broker and Licensed Officer for Cogo Capital California, and a trainer for the Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing.

WHAT IS HE'S THE SOLUTION MINISTRIES?
Lee has been teaching workshops for almost two decades. This has put him on the road more Sundays than he would like to admit. As a result, he missed attending his normal church service with his family and God.
Instead of going without, Lee decided to have Bible Study on the Sunday mornings of the workshops. When he began this exercise in spiritual boldness, the attendance was minimal at best–usually less than 15%. However, over the years the Lord began to bless Lee with a customer base of believers and the attendance is now closer to 85 percent!
Because the response to these Sunday mornings was so strong, Lee felt the Lord encouraging him to take it to the next level. Therefore, Lee and his wife, Jaclyn, created He’s the Solution Ministries as a non-profit program for anyone and everyone who might be interested in hearing more about Jesus and how to exhibit a bold faith in God each day of their lives.
A lot of focus and care has gone into He’s the Solution. We’ve added new people, new topics, and a new emphasis toward the central core topic of our organization, which is to help others become bold in their faith.
